  • EAGLE CAMP
  • At Lunch 1,2,3,4,5,7,8 15 minute periods
  • Assignment:  "I AM..." index card.  Noun/Adjective describing you.  1 Visual representation, 1 Sentence describing your trait, First and Last name = all  on the front of the card.
  • Homework:  "I AM..." card due Thursday.
TUESDAY August 25th

Bring Comp Journal - College Ruled and two glue sticks by Friday

  • Personal Letter format
  • LETTER OF ME -- Pre-write activity
  • Homework:  "I AM..."  Due Thursday
  • Typed Rough Draft of LETTER of ME to Mrs. Watson DUE THURSDAY.
  • FORMAT:  12 point font/ Times New Roman/Double Spaced/1" margins
  • Required Elements: Informal Letter with  Date, Greeting, Closing, no more than eight " I's" 
WEDNESDAY
  • Pre Unit Assessment Activity
  • "Cutting of My Long Hair"  non- fiction article
  • Write 7-9 Sentence Summary for the "Cutting of My Long Hair"
THURSDAY
  • " I AM..." Due
  • LETTER of ME to MRS. Watson Rough Draft Due at the beginning of class FORMAT:  12 point font/ Times New Roman/Double Spaced/1" margins
  • PEER EDIT AND SELF EDIT DAY
  • Final Draft LETTER of ME Due Tuesday 1st
